This beautiful little lady has had a bit of a rough start. She was a stray and got pregnant quite young. If she had not chosen to give birth in the dog house of an animal loving family she may still be struggling on the streets today. Thanks to the good weather, we where able to leave Dolly and her kittens to rest up and get stronger in the dog house for a couple of weeks while the kind family brought her fresh food, drink and bedding everyday.
Dolly and her kittens are now with us at the rescue and doing well. We are looking to have them placed with a foster family soon, so that she and her kittens can learn how to live in a real home and get used to human contact.
Before Dolly can go to her forever home, she will need to be vaccinated, spayed and micro-chipped. In the current climate it is hard to tell how long that will take as vets are asking people to stay home and safe unless there is a real medical issue that cant be dealt with over the phone.
Dolly will need a family that understands she might need a little patience before she has become accustomed to being part of a family.
If it is love at first sight then you are more than welcome to apply to adopt Dolly by clicking the button below, but we must warn you that it could a little while before she is ready to come and live with you. She needs to raise those kittens first.
