Very little is known about Tiny Tess’s background. She was found as a stray but we believe she must have been someone’s pet once.
When Tiny Tess arrived she was very angry and aggressive and would scratch and bite the other cats and volunteers. Her progress has been amazing and she is now living harmoniously with the other cats and humans. She loves affection from people but it really must be on her terms. Volunteers at the rescue have learned quickly and painfully where she wishes to be touched and where she does not. Despite her occasional swipes, all of the staff are very fond of Tiny Tess and her funny little personality. We will be very sad to see her go.
Tiny Tess would best suit being an only pet in a child free home. She needs someone who will give her the time and respect she requires to let her settle in to her new home.
